Chief Operating Officer - Aerospace/Defence/Engineering

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Operating Officer to join our leadership team in Hyderabad, tasked with steering our organizational strategy and operational excellence. In this capacity, you will serve as the primary architect of our business processes, working closely with the Board of Directors, department heads, and key external stakeholders to align operational output with long-term growth objectives.

Your day-to-day will involve overseeing complex cross-functional workflows, driving large-scale digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring that our procurement and risk management frameworks are robust enough to support a global footprint. By optimizing our internal ecosystem, you will directly influence our market competitiveness, service delivery standards, and overall profitability, ensuring the company remains agile in an evolving digital landscape.

Seasoned professionals (20+ years), who will be able to manage the following:

- Finance, Taxation and Financial Governance (in coordination with the CFO).

- Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Controls and Business Excellence.

- Board Affairs, Company Secretarial coordination, and Statutory / Legal Compliance.

- IT, Digital Transformation and Enterprise Systems.

- Procurement, Commercial Governance and Vendor Management.
