Company is a fast-growing Robotics & AI company building advanced solutions across industrial automation, robotics, computer vision, and intelligent systems. We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and scale our Operations function, driving execution excellence, operational discipline, delivery scalability, and long-term business growth.

ROLE OVERVIEW

The COO will be responsible for end-to-end operational leadership, including:

- Project Delivery & Execution

- Field Operations & Implementation

- Vendor & Supply Chain Management

- Quality Management Systems (QMS)

- Operational Governance & Process Excellence

- Delivery Scalability & Margin Optimization

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Delivery Leadership & Execution Excellence: Own end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, scope, quality, and margin targets are achieved.

- Operational Scaling & Delivery Architecture: Build scalable operational models to support growth across industries and geographies.

- Vendor & Field Operations Management: Lead vendor performance management across hardware, data operations, annotation, and deployment partners.

- Scope & Governance Management: Own project scope governance and change management processes.

- Operational Performance & Metrics: Build a strong data-driven operational culture through dashboards and performance tracking.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science / AI / Industrial Engineering or related fields). MBA preferred.

- 15-18 years of operations leadership within technology-driven organizations.

- Strong track record in building and scaling operations in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence / Computer Vision, Industrial Technology, Systems Integration, and Hardware-Software Deployment environments.
