About the role:

Currently searching for a Chief Operating Officer to join the team. This is an extremely important role for the company and will contribute overall to the growth and expansion plans they have in place.

As the COO, you will help shape and oversee the systems, processes and people necessary to underpin the business operations and deliver on its promises in terms of forecast revenue, growth and expansion to new markets/regions.

Overall Key Responsibilities:

- Anticipate future trends & implement business strategies and plans that align with the short- and long-term objectives developed in tandem with the CEO & Cofounders.

- Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and expansion through acquisition of existing & new territories.

- Collaborate with the CEO & cofounders to set goals, drive operations, scale the business, improve employee productivity, define hiring levels & training requirements, and assume P&L responsibility.

- Manage key stakeholders across hospitals, collaborating with marketing teams to plan campaigns, with product teams to roll out & drive new product and features.

- Crafting and implementing efficient operational processes that are scalable and sustainable according to the changing needs of the business.

Essential Candidate Profile:

- Postgraduate from a good B-School

- Preferred Age > 40 years, Ideal 42-46 Years

- Must have worked in executive leadership roles with strong Sales/BD experience with FMCG/Retail/Fintech/Tech companies

- Should have handled large team's 300+ people

- National/Zone handling Experience at least two zones (West/North, North/South, West/South)

- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
