Job Description:

Core Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Provide vision and direction, translate CEO goals into actionable strategies, and drive business growth across development, construction, asset management, and leasing.

- Operations Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from site selection and development to delivery, ensuring efficiency and quality.

- Financial Oversight: Partner with the CFO on budgeting, managing capital, controlling expenses, and ensuring projects meet financial targets.

- Process Improvement: Identify and implement streamlined processes to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.

- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead operational teams, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

- Stakeholder & Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, clients, financial institutions, and partners.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, best practices, and company policies.
