Chief Operating Officer
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Growth:
- Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company's growth roadmap.
- Translate vision into measurable strategies across membership, marketing, product, and monetization.
- Drive user acquisition, adoption, retention and monetization across the platform.
Membership Solutions & Revenue:
- Lead the growth of B2C membership products (digital-first clubs, subscriptions, paid sessions).
- Develop pricing, GTM, and upsell strategies to maximize ARPU and LTV.
- Oversee partnerships with academies, service providers, learning partners, and event organizers to scale offerings.
Product & Technology:
- Work closely with the product and tech teams to build and optimize a seamless, AI-powered consumer experience.
- Use data-driven insights to enhance engagement, conversion, and monetization.
- Prioritize product roadmap for maximum business impact.
Marketing & Brand Sales:
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to strategize brand positioning, storytelling, and campaigns to build category leadership.
- Oversee B2C and B2B marketing funnels to drive awareness, demand, and loyalty.
- Expand brand partnerships and sponsorship revenue.
Teamwork & Leadership:
- Build, inspire, and lead high-performing cross-functional teams across membership, marketing, and sales.
- Create a culture of trust, transparency, and accountability where innovation thrives.
- Mentor senior leaders to maximize their potential and drive alignment to business goals.
- Champion collaboration between departments to ensure cohesive execution.
Operational Excellence:
- Establish strong metrics, reporting systems, and accountability frameworks.
- Foster a high-performance culture with cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure financial discipline while driving growth at scale.
