Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Responsibilities

- Oversee centralized operations for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Facility Management.

- Control operational losses and prevent revenue leakage.

- Implement systems to capture customer feedback, conduct RCA, and improve processes.

- Ensure timely compliance with Board and Committee commitments.

- Automate and scale processes for greater efficiency.

- Reconcile and rectify GL and intermediary accounts promptly.

- Centralize and ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.

- Optimize costs through vendor negotiation and process automation.
