Our client is a trusted partner delivering end-to-end, safety-critical technology solutions within the transportation infrastructure space.

Candidates with Transformational experience in Supply Chain management will be considered. Extensive experience with modern enterprise systems and emerging technologies (e.g., cloud platforms, data analytics, automation) is mandatory.

Role Overview:

The client is seeking a visionary and results-driven Chief Supply Chain & Digital Officer to lead their global supply chain and accelerate their digital transformation journey.

This is a critical leadership role responsible for integrating their physical supply chain operations with a cutting-edge digital strategy.

The ideal candidate will optimize end-to-end supply chain for efficiency, resilience, and sustainability, while also leveraging technology to create new business models, enhance customer experiences, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a unified strategy for the supply chain and digital initiatives that aligns with overall company goals.

- Supply Chain Management: Oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, warehousing, and distribution. Drive continuous improvement to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.

- Digital Transformation: Champion the company's digital strategy, leading the adoption of new technologies such as AI, machine learning, IoT, blockchain, and data analytics to modernize operations and create a competitive advantage.

- Technology Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new digital tools and platforms with existing supply chain systems

- Data & Analytics: Establish a data-driven culture, leveraging analytics to gain insights into supply chain performance, predict trends, and make informed decisions.

- Risk & Resilience: Build a resilient supply chain capable of withstanding disruptions and manage risks effectively.

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of supply chain and technology professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (e.g., C-suite, finance, marketing, sales) to ensure alignment and support for supply chain and digital initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 20 years of progressive experience in supply chain leadership roles, with at least 10 years in a senior executive position.

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale digital transformation projects within a supply chain context.

- Deep expertise in supply chain principles, logistics, and operational best practices.

Skills:

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Strong leadership and change management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage large budgets and drive ROI on technology investments.
