Key Responsibilities : - Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with the CEO to align strategies with the overall organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making, organizational vision, and delivering the results. Managing communication on behalf of the CEO, crafting compelling messages, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences. - Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives, cost and product requirements. - Senior stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders and foster productive relationships. Timely reporting to stakeholders on the projects and product status. - Data Analytics: Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights for the CEO. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations. - Special Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and support on budgeting, revenue plan and costing plan and requisite control management along with CFO Requirements: - MBA from Tier 1 / 2 college - Proven experience in CoE function / Chief of Staff role with experience in budget management and project management. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Work experience : 12 to 15 years - Category - Business
