Chief of Staff - Wealth Management

Education: MBA/PGDM from Tier-1 Institutes (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, FMS, MDI, JBIMS, etc.) or equivalent top-tier academic background

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic partner to the Business Head/Leadership Team, driving key business priorities, managing high-impact projects, and ensuring effective execution of critical initiatives across the Wealth Management business.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Initiatives :

- Partner with senior leadership on strategic projects and business transformation initiatives.

- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry analysis.

- Support formulation and execution of long-term growth strategies.

Business Performance Management :

- Monitor key business metrics and prepare leadership dashboards.

- Analyze business performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.

- Track progress of strategic priorities and ensure timely execution.

Leadership Support :

- Work closely with business heads on presentations, board updates, and management reviews.

- Prepare executive-level reports, business cases, and investment proposals.

- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across sales, products, operations, technology, and marketing teams.

Project Management :

- Drive critical projects from conception to implementation.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and adherence to timelines.

- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation plans.

Business Intelligence & Analytics :

- Analyze client, product, and revenue data to generate actionable insights.

- Develop frameworks to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in Strategy, Consulting, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Financial Services, Founder's Office, or Business Analytics roles.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets.

- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
