Chief of Staff - VC Fund - IIM/IIT

We are working with a fast-growing VC fund based in Bangalore, actively investing in technology and deep-tech startups and are looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founders and Partners as their strategic partner and force multiplier.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with Founders & Partners on strategic initiatives, deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio support.

- Drive fundraising support, LP communications, and investor relations.

- Lead special projects including market research, thesis development, and internal process improvements.

- Prepare high-stakes presentations, board decks, and partner meetings.

- Oversee operational excellence and cross-functional coordination.

What We're Looking For

- 5-7 years of experience with strong Tier-1 pedigree (IIM / IIT / McKinsey, BCG, Bain / Investment Banking / Strategy roles).

- Prior experience in Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, startup, or VC/PE environment.

- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.

- High ownership, proactiveness, and comfort in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.

Good-to-Have:

- Direct experience in a Venture Capital or Private Equity fund.

- Strong understanding of the Indian startup ecosystem.
