The Context:

We are a high-growth, deep-tech industrial intelligence firm headquartered in Bengaluru. We aren't a service or consultancy shop; we are a technology OEM at the intersection of heavy engineering and AI. Our proprietary platform uses IIoT, Digital Twins, and Machine Learning to optimize massive water and energy infrastructure projects across India. We are currently modernizing how cities and industries manage their most critical utilities.

The Mandate:

- We are looking for a Chief of Staff (formally designated as EA to the Chairman) who will act as a strategic partner and execution lead. This is a role for a "0 to 1" thinker, someone who can take the Chairman's high-level vision and translate it into operational reality across engineering, software, and project teams.

- If you are looking for a standard administrative role, this is not it. This is a high-pressure, high-visibility position designed for someone who wants to transition from consulting into a leadership-track operating role.

- Compensation: INR 70-80 LPA but flexible for the right candidate. Willing to pay the best in the industry for the right candidate.

- This is a 6-day working company with 2 Saturdays off.

Core Responsibilities:

- The Chairman's Proxy: Act as the primary bridge between the Chairman's office and internal leadership, external consultants, and government stakeholders.

- Execution Discipline: Own the PMO for critical, high-impact initiatives. You will track deliverables, identify bottlenecks before they happen, and ensure the organization maintains a relentless pace.

- Strategic Synthesis: Build the narratives. You will prepare the briefs, data-driven decks, and decision-support materials used in boardrooms and high-level government engagements.

- Special Ops: Lead "off-balance-sheet" projects ranging from exploring new market entries to streamlining internal technical workflows that don't fit into a standard department.

- Information Traffic Control: Filter and prioritize the flow of information and requests, ensuring the Chairmans time is spent on the highest-leverage strategic work.

Who You Are:

- Academic Pedigree: An MBA from a top-tier IIM BLACKI/XLRI/SP Jain/FMS or an Engineering degree from an IIT/NIT/BITS (Mechanical, Electrical, or CS preferred).

- Professional Roots: 4-5 years within a top-tier consulting firm (MBB or Big 4). You have a "consultants - brain" (structured, analytical, clear) but an "operators heart" (biased toward action).

- Technical Comfort: You don't need to write code, but you must be comfortable discussing IIoT, cloud architecture, and engineering frameworks with our technical leads.

- Communication: You write with precision and speak with enough authority to manage stakeholders much more senior than yourself.

The "Hustle" Gene: You thrive in ambiguity and high-stakes environments where "I don't know" is followed by "but I'll figure it out."
