Description

- Drive execution of strategic business priorities by coordinating cross-functional teams and tracking milestones.

- Manage projects and special initiatives prioritized by the MD & CEO, providing regular updates and resolving challenges.

- Facilitate meetings by preparing agendas, presentations, and minutes to support executive decision-making.

- Track and report on business actions, deadlines, and risks, ensuring transparent communication with management.

- Assign and follow-up on action items, holding stakeholders accountable for timely deliverables.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks through proactive problem-solving and escalation with actionable recommendations.

- Build strong relationships across teams and stakeholders to foster collaboration and trust.

Profile

The Ideal Candidate

- Holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or related field; MBA or equivalent is highly preferred.

- Brings 15 - 17+ years of experience in strategy, project management, or operations, ideally within financial services or IT/IT-enabled services industries.

- Demonstrates proven success managing complex, cross-functional projects and working closely with C-suite executives.

- Possesses excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Is highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and adept at strategic thinking and problem-solving.

- Maintains the highest standards of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.

- Thrives in dynamic environments and adapts quickly to shifting priorities.
