Job Title: Chief of Staff to Managing Director

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

CTC: Up to 20 LPA

Reporting To: Managing Director

Male candidate preferred

Education: MBA from a reputed institute

Experience:

- 10+ years of overall experience

- Prior experience working closely with MD/Promoters

- Background in strategy, finance, operations, consulting, or leadership office roles

- Exposure to manufacturing or multi-vertical organizations preferred.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-impact Chief of Staff to the Managing Director who will act as a strategic partner and execution leader for the MDs office. This role is critical in translating vision into action, driving cross-functional alignment, and ensuring disciplined execution of strategic priorities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Partner with the MD to define, track, and execute strategic priorities

- Translate strategy into measurable KPIs, dashboards, and action plans

- Drive closure of key initiatives across functions and business units.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment:

- Act as a single point of coordination between MD and leadership team

- Resolve execution bottlenecks and manage inter-departmental dependencies

- Facilitate leadership meetings, strategy reviews, and offsites.

Business & Financial Governance:

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring

- Analyze P&L, cost structures, capex proposals, and business cases

- Provide insight-driven inputs for senior-level decision making.

Operating Rhythm & Performance Management:

- Establish and manage weekly/monthly/quarterly business review cadence

- Track leadership commitments and ensure accountability

- Enable performance culture without micromanagement.

Governance, Risk & Confidentiality:

- Support governance, compliance, audit, and board-level processes

- Prepare board decks, investor updates, and leadership communications

- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost integrity.

Special Projects & Transformation:

- Lead strategic and transformation initiatives on behalf of the MD

- Conduct market, competitor, and internal performance analysis

- Act as a trusted problem-solver on complex, cross-functional matters.
