As Chief of Staff, youll work closely with the Founders and Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives and lead new market and business launches. This role is a mix of strategy, execution, and hands-on problem solving, giving you a front-row seat to how growth is built and scaled. If youre someone who loves turning ideas into real business outcomes, thrives in ambiguity, and eventually sees yourself found or leading a company, this role is your crash course in doing exactly that.

Key Responsibilities :



1. Strategic Execution & Follow-Through



- Translate the Directors vision into actionable plans, timelines, and deliverables.



- Ensure alignment and execution across merchandise planning, retail, marketing, finance, IT and HR functions.



- Track progress of key projects and hold teams accountable for timelines and outcomes.



- Prepare concise reports and updates for the Director on ongoing initiatives.

2. Business Coordination



- Act as a central point of contact between the Director and department heads.



- Facilitate inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth workflow and collaboration.


- Anticipate needs, identify roadblocks, and proactively resolve issues before they escalate.

3. Operational Oversight


- Support day-to-day management of operations and special projects.


- Review data, budgets, and reports to ensure accuracy and provide insight for decision-making.


- Assist in vendor and partner coordination for key business priorities.

4. Leadership Support


- Accompany the Director to key internal meetings and external engagements as required.


- Draft presentations, communication notes, and follow-up actions post-meetings.


- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive company information and personnel matters.

5. Strategic Projects


- Lead cross-functional initiatives such as store expansions, brand collaborations, or new process rollouts.



- Monitor timelines, budgets, and results for strategic projects initiated by the Director.

Success Indicators



- Smooth execution of the Directors priorities with minimal follow-up required.


- Improved coordination and accountability across business functions.


- Timely delivery of key projects and initiatives.


- Enhanced productivity and focus for the Director through effective support and delegation.

- 5+ experience in consulting, business analysis, strong project management and multitasking abilities from founders office.


- Exceptional analytical skills


- Mindset: Problem-solver, operator, and strategist in one. You can zoom out for strategy and zoom in for execution.


- Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.


- Highly organized and proactive, comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.


- Curiosity and hunger for growth you thrive in uncertainty and love learning new things.


- Personality: Mature, discreet, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, creative luxury environment.
