About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven professional to partner closely with the Founders and Leadership Team in driving key strategic, financial, and operational priorities. This role is ideal for someone who brings a mix of financial acumen, investor-facing experience, and strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate legal and tax matters.

The Chief of Staff will act as a force multiplier for the Founders ensuring alignment across finance, operations, and strategic initiatives, while serving as the bridge between internal teams and external stakeholders including investors, advisors, and legal partners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Support: Work directly with the Founders on business planning, board updates, and cross-functional strategic initiatives.

- Investor Relations: Manage communication with current and prospective investors; prepare investor reports, data rooms, and funding materials.

- Financial Oversight: Support FP&A, budgeting, and fundraising processes; track key financial metrics and performance dashboards.

- Legal & Compliance: Coordinate with legal and tax advisors on corporate structuring, compliance, and due diligence.

- Operational Excellence: Identify and execute process improvements across business units, ensuring smooth governance and execution of key projects.

- Cross-functional Alignment: Facilitate decision-making and follow-ups across leadership teams, ensuring timely progress on strategic priorities.

Ideal Profile:

- 4-10 years of experience in VC, investment banking, finance, consulting, or startup operations.

- Exposure to investor relations, fundraising, financial modeling, or transaction support.

- Understanding of basic tax, legal, and compliance frameworks.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Highly analytical, structured thinker with an execution-first mindset.

- Degree in finance, commerce, or business preferred but not mandatory if backed by relevant exposure.
