About the Role

This is a pivotal position supporting the Chairman in executing strategic initiatives, supervising key projects, and ensuring effective coordination and delivery across the group's business interests. The role blends strategic planning, project management, and executive support to further the Chairman's vision and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Analyze business trends, conduct market research, and produce strategic reports and business plans across group operations.

- Support the Chairman in developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with the organization's growth agenda.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive and monitor strategic initiatives.

- Conduct research on industry dynamics, competition, and market opportunities to provide data-backed insights.

- Lead special projects related to strategic investments, M&A, fund-raising, or similar corporate-level initiatives.

Project Management & Executive Support

-Drive and manage high-impact projects, ensuring timely execution and strategic alignment.

- Track progress of key initiatives and report outcomes with actionable recommendations.

- Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Provide high-quality executive support to the Chairman including preparation of presentations, briefing materials, notes, and business insights.

Candidate Requirements

- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Strategy, Business Administration, -Management, or equivalent.

- 10-15+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or a Chief of Staff capacity.

- Strong strategic, analytical, and execution capabilities.

- Experience in the logistics sector or allied industries preferred.
