About the Role:

As Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the founder to drive execution across the entire company. This is a high-context, high-impact role at the center of everything we do, from product and operations to hiring and internal tools.

This is a high-trust position with a steep learning curve. It's ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, works well across different functions, and knows how to get things done. You will get a front-row seat to building a deep-tech company from 0 to 1 and will help architect the company's operating system.

Responsibilities:

- Help manage day-to-day execution across product, operations, hiring, and internal AI tooling.

- Prepare internal dashboards, investor updates, and strategic briefs.

- Track key projects, decisions, follow-ups, and operating plans.

- Support hiring pipelines, documentation, onboarding, and vendor coordination.

- Work closely with the founder to translate priorities into clear, actionable plans for the team.

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in a startup, consulting, or a high-growth operations role.

- A clear thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Highly organized, deeply reliable, and action-oriented. You follow through.

- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with different personalities and teams.

Good to Have:

Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Founder's Associate role.

Exposure to deep-tech, hardware, or technical product teams.
