What the Role Is: Youll work directly with the CEO and top leaders in the company to help run and grow the business. Think of yourself as the CEOs right-hand person - making sure important things get done and big goals are met. What Youll Do: - Support the CEO by managing their priorities, helping with decision-making, and making sure important projects stay on track. - Lead strategic projects across different departments (like marketing, HR, and operations). - Work with the leadership team to solve business problems and improve how the company runs. - Act as a bridge between the CEO and the rest of the team organizing meetings, tracking progress, and making sure everyone is aligned. - Manage day-to-day operations and take charge of tasks that help the business grow smoothly. - Improve processes to make the company more efficient and effective. - Handle HR responsibilities like hiring, onboarding, and staff planning. What You Need: - At least 5 years of work experience (ideally in startups or fast-moving companies). - Past experience managing a P&L (profit and loss) and helping grow sales and profits. - Strong skills in communication, leadership, and time management. - Comfort with operations and marketing tasks. - Ability to think strategically and drive projects forward. - Experience working closely with senior leaders or founders. - A Masters or MBA degree in business, marketing, or finance.
