Description:
- Looking for a Chief of Staff to lead this office.
- This is not an administrative role. This is a leadership role. You will act as my proxy, my strategic engineer, and the leader of the OCEO team.
The Mission:
- You will sit at the intersection of Strategy and Execution. Your job is to ensure that the vision we set at the top is actually delivered on the ground, across borders and time zones. You will manage a small, high-powered team of functional leads (Finance, Ops, Marketing, Strategy) to deliver "decision-ready" intelligence to me.
What You Will Do:
- Lead the OCEO: Manage the daily rhythm of the CEOs office, ensuring our Finance, Ops, and Strategy leads are aligned and effective.
- Drive Global Alignment: Bridge the gap between Headquarters and our Country Heads. You will be the "connective tissue" that ensures global initiatives land successfully in local markets.
- Architect the Agenda: Own the structure of Executive Committee meetings. You ensure we focus on the right problems, not just the loudest ones.
- Execute Special Projects: Lead high-stakes, cross-functional initiatives (e.g., entering a new market, M&A integration) that don't fit into a traditional department.
Who You Are:
- The Translator: You can translate a CEOs 30-minute brain dump into a clear, 3-step action plan for the team.
- The Diplomat & The Driver: You know how to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority, but you are unafraid to enforce standards when necessary.
- Data-Fluent: You can spot a vanity metric in a P&L instantly.
- Global Mindset: You are comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or Business Operations.
- Experience in a multi-national or complex organizational structure.
- MBA is a plus, but "GSD" (Get Stuff Done) capability matters more.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-30%)
