About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join as the Chief of Staff to the CEO. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and maturity. As Chief of Staff, you will work closely with the CEO to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives, manage key priorities, and enable effective decision-making across the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and business priorities.
- Support in driving strategic projects, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely follow-ups and execution.
- Prepare briefing notes, reports, presentations, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Manage CEOs priorities by filtering and coordinating requests, meetings, and communications.
- Conduct research and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Handle special projects and confidential matters with a high level of discretion.
- Ensure effective preparation and follow-up for leadership and board meetings.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree required (MBA or Masters preferred).
- 2+ years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, operations, program management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and handle confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Highly adaptable, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
