Chief of Staff - Technology Firm

The Chief of Staff will act as a trusted advisor to the CXO and an enabler for the leadership team, driving strategic initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency, and translating vision into action. This role is a blend of strategic thinking, program management, stakeholder engagement, and business analysis. It requires someone who can balance big-picture vision with detail-oriented execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Drive annual strategic planning, OKRs, and goal-setting processes with the leadership team.

- Translate high-level strategy into detailed project plans, with measurable KPIs.

- Run special projects and cross-functional initiatives that are mission-critical.

Executive Office Operations

- Serve as the operational right hand to the leadership - attend leadership meetings, track actionables, and ensure timely execution.

- Manage board communications, investor updates, and executive presentations.

Cross-functional Leadership

- Partner with Business, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive alignment and execution on company-wide priorities.

- Break down silos and improve collaboration across teams and departments.

- Act as a liaison between CXO and various internal/external stakeholders.

Business Analysis & Insights

- Drive insights through data and analytics to support decision-making.

- Develop business cases, dashboards, and performance reports.

- Stakeholder & Communication Management

- Manage internal and external communication on behalf of the leadership

- Prepare materials for key business reviews, board meetings, and external events.

- Be the brand custodian for CXO communications - both internal and public-facing.
