Experience & Background:
- 4-8 years of strategy, operations, or consulting experience.
- Prior exposure to offline, retail, healthcare, or franchised business models preferred.
- Strong operational and cross-functional execution background - finance, marketing, customer experience, and HR alignment.
- Exceptional analytical, project management, and stakeholder handling skills.
- Experience working in founder-led, fast-growth environments is highly desirable.

Your Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Partner (20%)
- Formulate, facilitate, and communicate strategic initiatives aligned with longterm growth plans.
- Implement OKR systems to track and report annual goals.
- Create data-driven business models and monitor performance metrics
Strategic Planner (20%)
- Bring structure to broad, ambiguous ideas and translate them into actionable roadmaps.
- Design metrics, dashboards, and operational KPIs for clinics and product divisions.
- Oversee strategic meetings, ensure impactful presentations and decisions.
- Ensure efficient cross-functional communication between Founders and teams.
- Keep Founders free from day-to-day operational bottlenecks.
Growth & Operations Leader (20%)
- Develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) with founders.
- Conduct business reviews (clinics, products, financials, marketing).
- Drive operational discipline, cost optimization, and SOP implementation.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities - new cities, formats (smart clinics), and franchises.
- Analyze market and category dynamics to advise on scale-up strategy.
Business Operator & Executor (20%)
- Own cross-functional execution of Founder-led initiatives.
- Coordinate with finance, marketing, operations, and HR for key deliverables.
- Identify bottlenecks and preempt risks across ongoing projects.
- Build data-driven review systems and dashboards.
- Anchor project governance and ensure timely execution.
Relationship & Communication (20%)
- Manage internal alignment between founders and department heads.
- Prepare materials for investors, partners, or board meetings.
- Represent the Founders' perspective in internal and external forums when needed.
- Build strong vendor and partner relationships.
