Looking for a dynamic and strategic Chief of Staff (CoS) to support the Head of Strategy on Business Strategies, Products Strategies/Management, Revenue, Budgeting Management, Profitability, and Operational Transformation. This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional business knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Partner: Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy, CEO and Business Heads to align strategies with the overall organizational goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making, organizational vision, and delivering results. Managing communication, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.

- Project Management: Oversee critical projects and initiatives from conception to execution, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic objectives, cost and product requirements.

- Senior stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders and foster productive relationships. Timely reporting to stakeholders on the projects and product status.

- Data Analytics: Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights for the Strategy Head and leadership teams. Contribute to data-driven decision-making by providing comprehensive reports and recommendations.

- Special Projects: Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and support on budgeting, revenue plan and costing plan and requisite control management.

Requirements:

- MBA with strong experience in Corporate Strategy/CoE function / Chief of Staff role with experience in project management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Work experience: Post-MBA, 6+ years
