Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the Managing Director - Promoter.

In this role, you will act as a strategic advisor, thought partner, and operational catalyst - driving key growth initiatives, special projects, process streamlining, and executive-level cross-functional execution across the business.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a strong background in Management Consulting (Tier-1 - Big 4), Founder's Office, or Business Operations who excel at solving complex problems, building decision-making frameworks, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):

1. Strategic Initiatives - Growth Projects:

- Promoter Alignment: Partner closely with the MD - Promoter to prioritize, sequence, and execute critical business strategy and transformation projects.

- Thought Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing analytical insights, business reviews, and decision-making frameworks.

- Market - Business Intelligence: Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and opportunity assessments to support new business drivers.

2. Operational Excellence - Process Streamlining:

- Process Optimization: Identify operational bottlenecks, streamline core workflows, and implement productivity enhancement and cost-efficiency measures across departments.

- Performance Tracking - MIS: Establish and monitor cross-functional Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

- Build executive dashboards, MIS reports, and presentation decks to track organizational performance.

3. Cross-Functional Execution - Stakeholder Management:

- Project Governance: Track company-wide strategic programs, ensuring accountability, timely milestone delivery, and seamless cross-functional execution.

- Executive Liaison: Coordinate with internal leadership teams and external stakeholders to streamline communication and drive business outcomes.

Ideal Candidate Profile - Qualifications:

- Education: MBA from a premier institution (Top-tier Business School preferred).

- Experience: 2 to 6 years of experience across Management Consulting (Big 4 - Tier-1 Consulting preferred), Founder's - Promoter's Office, Strategy, or Business Operations.

- Analytical - Framework Thinking: Proven track record of leveraging data, dashboards, and structured frameworks to solve ambiguous business problems.

- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with C-suite leaders and business heads.
