Job Title: Chief of Staff - Strategy & Operations

Location : Chennai

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and high-potential Chief of Staff - Strategy & Operations to work directly with the Founder & MD in driving strategic initiatives, operational efficiency, and business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy consulting, operations management, or business planning, along with a keen financial understanding. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role offering unique exposure to leadership decision-making, new business strategy, and enterprise growth planning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with the Founder & MD to develop, manage, and execute strategic business initiatives across group companies.

- Support business planning, market research, financial modelling, and decision-making processes.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and on-time execution of key business priorities.

- Drive new business strategy, from ideation to execution, including evaluating business models and building go-to-market plans.

- Monitor and track progress of strategic and operational initiatives, and flag risks or deviations proactively.

- Prepare board-level presentations, reports, and review documents for internal and external stakeholders.

- Act as a key liaison between the Founder's office and internal/external teams.

- Lead or support special projects, M&A evaluations, partnerships, and operational reviews as needed.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy, operations, management consulting, or business planning.

- Strong understanding of finance, business models, and operational frameworks.

- Preference to the candidate from Pharma background.

- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Highly organized, analytical, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- MBA from IIMs or CA with strong strategic and operational exposure is a must.

- Prior experience working with founders or CXOs will be a strong advantage.

- Willingness to work from Chennai and travel occasionally as per business needs.
