Responsibilities:


Strategic Leadership & Enterprise Transformation:

- Lead enterprise-wide transformation: Define and execute programs that drive our strategic growth and adapt to evolving market needs.

- Shape the future with executive leadership: Collaborate on vision setting, roadmap development, and overarching enterprise strategy.

- Fuel new opportunities: Enable the creation of new business models, unlock revenue streams, and accelerate our go-to-market strategies.

Cross-Functional Program Management:

- Champion strategic initiatives: Oversee a portfolio of high-priority programs across all customer-facing functions.

- Drive accountability and clarity: Establish clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), robust governance frameworks, and accountability systems.

- Ensure seamless execution: Proactively resolve inter dependencies and drive initiatives forward with urgency and precision.

Innovation & Strategic Growth:

- Identify untapped potential: Discover market adjacencies, white spaces, and partnership-led growth opportunities.

- Innovate for market dominance: Lead initiatives for market expansion, pricing innovation, and go-to-market transformation.

- Build the future: Develop compelling business cases and spearhead exploratory strategic initiatives.

Ecosystem Operations & Growth Ecosystem Strategy:

- Define our global partner blueprint: Establish the operating model for company's ecosystem, encompassing all partner types.

- Craft seamless partner onboarding: Design scalable journeys for Global System Integrators (GSIs), regional SIs, and advisory partners.

Partner Operations & Governance:

- Manage the complete partner lifecycle: Oversee onboarding, enablement, staffing, billing, and compliance from start to finish.

- Implement data-driven performance: Deploy dashboards and systems to track and optimize partner performance.

- Maintain strong partner relationships: Manage agreements, renewals, and commercial frameworks.

- Gain insights from data: Own partner analytics, reporting, and monitor engagement health metrics.

Ecosystem Enablement & Development:

- Empower our partners: Build robust certification and training programs through Company University.

- Keep partners informed: Maintain dynamic knowledge centers with the latest product updates and best practices.

- Foster continuous learning: Establish mechanisms for ongoing education, knowledge management, and capability building within the ecosystem.

Joint Go-to-Market (GTM) & Innovation:

- Drive collaborative innovation: Lead co-innovation efforts and launch joint solutions with strategic partners.

- Orchestrate powerful campaigns: Coordinate co-marketing, co-selling, and sales enablement programs.

- Support global alliances: Assist alliance leadership in joint account planning and market development.

- Accelerate joint pipeline: Design programs to boost pipeline generation and influence deals collaboratively.

Commercial Strategy & Scaling:

- Optimize partner economics: Own partner pricing models (for staffing), margin frameworks, and contract strategies.

- Ensure financial alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on billing alignment and client contracts.

Partner Performance:

- Monitor partner effectiveness: Track partner resource performance and deployment efficiency.

- Scale partner capacity: Accelerate partner growth to meet client demands and support our expansion strategy.

The Successful Applicant:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology required. MBA from a top-tier institution (strategy/operations focus) strongly preferred.

2. Experience: 8+ years in strategic transformation and/or alliance operations preferably in a high-growth SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or consulting.

3. Strategic Expertise: Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation programs. Background in strategic consulting or internal strategy preferred. Expertise in market expansion, new business models, and GTM transformation.

4. Ecosystem Leadership: Experience building and scaling strategic alliances and partner programs. Commercial partnership expertise, including pricing and revenue sharing. Managed end-to-end alliance operations globally.

5. Core Competencies: Strong executive influence and cross-functional leadership skills. Data-driven decision-maker with analytical rigor. Ability to thrive and scale operations in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
