Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the company's overall objectives, ensuring effective execution and monitoring of progress.

- Lead fundraising initiatives (especially Series A), including identifying potential investors, preparing pitch decks, and managing the due diligence process to secure funding for growth initiatives.

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and investment opportunities, providing insights to senior management.

- Manage key projects and programs, ensuring timely completion, adherence to budget, and alignment with strategic goals to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and other key stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact and representing the company's interests.

- Support business development efforts by identifying and evaluating new market opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute corporate strategies, driving business growth and achieving strategic objectives.

- Proven expertise in fundraising, including identifying and securing investments from various sources.

- Strong financial acumen, including financial modeling, financial analysis, and investment evaluation. CFA certification preferred.

- Excellent project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with senior management, investors, and other stakeholders.

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and comfortable working on-site in Noida.
