Role Overview:
The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Founder/CEO and leadership team, acting as a strategic thought partner and execution anchor. This role combines corporate strategy, cross-functional execution, M&A/strategic initiatives, and leadership-level problem solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an extension of the CEOs office on strategic priorities and critical initiatives
- Drive corporate strategy, annual planning, and key business reviews
- Lead high-impact cross-functional projects with clear ownership and outcomes
- Support M&A, partnerships, fundraising, and strategic evaluations
- Prepare board-level materials, business cases, and decision memos
- Track execution of leadership priorities and ensure closure on key actions
- Work with functional heads across Product, Tech, Sales, Finance, and Ops
Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in Management Consulting, PE/VC, Investment Banking, or Corporate Strategy
- Strong problem-solving, structured thinking, and executive communication skills
- Experience working with senior leadership / founders preferred
- Exposure to M&A, corporate development, or large transformation programs is a plus
- High ownership mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity
