Chief of Staff - IIT/NIT - Strategy & Analytics - Startup Experience: 3-6 Yrs Function: Strategy / Founders Office / Analytics We are looking for a high-caliber Chief of Staff to work closely with the Founder and leadership team in driving strategic decision-making, business performance analysis, and cross-functional initiatives. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who thrives in ambiguity, combines analytical depth with strategic thinking, and is eager to influence the companys direction from the inside out. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a thought partner to the Founder on all key business priorities, investor engagements, and growth initiatives - Drive data-backed decision-making by building robust financial, operational, and customer analytics frameworks - Own and manage OKRs across teams; track performance metrics and flag risks/opportunities proactively - Lead and coordinate high-stakes strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives end-to-end - Prepare board decks, investor updates, and internal business reviews with insights and recommendations - Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and business model evaluation to inform key decisions - Build dashboards and support leadership with real-time analytics and planning tools - Serve as a proxy in meetings, ensuring alignment and communication across stakeholders What We're Looking For: - 3-6 years of total experience across consulting, investing, analytics, or a founders office - Strong problem-solving skills and a solid grasp of business and financial fundamentals - Excellent Excel/Google Sheets, data visualization (e.g. PowerBI/Tableau), and SQL skills preferred - Prior exposure to high-growth startups, EV, energy, or consumer tech is a plus - Ability to manage multiple workstreams with maturity, ownership, and discretion - An MBA from a Tier-1 institute or equivalent pedigree is a strong plus (but not mandatory)
