Job Description: Chief Of Staff

Location: Delhi NCR (India) / Dubai (UAE)

Role Overview:

The Chief of Staff will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, improve organisational efficiency, and ensure alignment. This is a high-visibility, cross-functional role suited to someone who can move fluidly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution - translating leadership priorities into structured plans, coordinating across HR, finance, operations, sales, and technology teams, and acting as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as a strategic advisor and right-hand to the CEO, providing counsel on business priorities, decisions, and organisational matters.

- Drive the planning, tracking, and execution of company-wide strategic initiatives and OKRs across the organization's entities (UAE, India, USA).

- Prepare board materials, leadership reports, investor updates, and executive communications.

- Run and coordinate the leadership team's cadence - leadership meetings, offsites, quarterly business reviews - including agenda-setting, follow-ups, and accountability tracking.

- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and department heads (HR, Finance, Sales, Delivery, Technology, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely execution.

- Own the organisation's analyst relations with industry analysts (Gartner, IDC, QKS Group, etc.), coordinate briefings and inquiry responses, and manage the process for analyst report submissions and inclusion cycles (e.g., Magic Quadrant, MarketScape, SPARK Matrix), working closely with Marketing and the CEO to ensure consistent positioning.

- Lead or support special projects such as market expansion, new business lines, process re-engineering, and cross-entity consolidation initiatives.

- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, including market, competitor, and operational analysis.

- Improve organizational processes and operating rhythms, identifying inefficiencies and driving structured problem-solving.

- Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, exercising sound judgment on behalf of the CEO.

- Represent the CEO/leadership in select internal and external meetings, and follow through on action items to closure.

- Support key people initiatives such as leadership hiring, culture-building programs, and organizational design in coordination with HR.

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in business administration (MBA/PGDM) in Management, Finance, or a related field from a tier-1 institute.

- 10+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or a Chief of Staff / senior leadership support role.

- Proven experience working closely with C-suite executives or founders, ideally in a fast-growing technology, SaaS, or consulting environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear recommendations.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing board-level and executive materials.

- Demonstrated project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cross-functional initiatives simultaneously.

- High degree of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling confidential information.

- Comfort operating in a multi-entity, multi-geography environment (UAE, India, USA).

Preferred Skills:

- Prior experience in a scale-up, or professional services environment.

- Familiarity with Technology or SaaS space.

- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.

- A builder's mindset - comfortable with ambiguity and creating structure where none exists.

- Proficiency with productivity, data, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, project management platforms).

What We Offer:

- A high-impact, high-visibility role working directly with the CEO and leadership team.

- Exposure to strategy, operations, finance, and people functions across a multi-country organization.

- A fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant scope for ownership and growth.

- Competitive compensation aligned with experience and market benchmarks.

- Opportunity to work with global stakeholders, clients and cutting-edge technologies.
