Responsibilities
Sales - 80%
1. Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and connect with potential clients and business partners.
2. Keep track of communication and follow-ups with LinkedIn connections.
3. Leverage other prospect databases and Sales Tools for lead generation.
HR, Finance & Admin - 20%
1. Hiring: Coordinating with in house recruiter/recruitment agencies to make sure that the hiring plans are in line with organizational priorities
2. Coordinating with Finance Team/Personnel for organizations Tasks
3. Driving Team Members with Team Building activities etc (Outings 2 times a year)
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
a. MBA with specialization in Marketing and HR
b. 5-10 Years of Experience
c. Strong understanding of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales tools.
d. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
e. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
f. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
g. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
