Chief of Staff - SaaS/FinTech/Marketplace

Job Description :

- As the Chief of Staff, you will serve as the primary strategic partner to the leadership team, acting as a force multiplier to drive organizational efficiency and cross-functional alignment.

- You will operate at the intersection of Revenue Operations and Business Operations, translating high-level vision into actionable execution plans.

- Your day-to-day involves navigating complex business challenges, managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships, and ensuring that the leadership team's priorities are effectively cascaded across the organization. By bridging the gap between strategy and implementation, you will play a pivotal role in scaling operations, optimizing revenue streams, and fostering a culture of high performance in our Bangalore office.

Requirements :

- 10+ years of professional experience, with at least 3 in a Chief of Staff, BizOps, RevOps, strategy-and-ops, or founder/early-team role at a growth-stage SaaS, fintech, or marketplace company.

- Demonstrated ownership of a recurring operating cadence (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly), not just one-off strategy projects.

- Hands-on with financial modelling and metrics ownership - ARR, NRR, CAC payback, burn multiple, gross margin.

- Experience working directly with a founder/CEO at $5M+ ARR scale or equivalent. You have stories about real disagreements and real outcomes.
