Location: Bangalore The role will require the incumbent to serve as a force multiplier to the CEO, focusing on corporate development, investor relations and fundraising while anchoring high-priority strategic initiatives. Other responsibilities will include managing board meeting preparations and creation of materials, supporting executive decision-making and monitoring organisational metrics. Responsibilities : - Act as a liaison between senior executives, functional heads and staff on various projects - Observe and improve processes and SOPs for better efficiency - Support the CEO and team with research, data and analytics for their key initiatives - Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders/investors/partners Skills and Qualifications : - An MBA from a top-tier institution - 5 to 7 years of work experience in investment banking, management consulting or in corporate strategy at a high-growth start-up - Highly agile, with excellent analytical skills and an ability to work with large volumes of data - Excellent communication skills and enjoys working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
