About the Role:
We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the Co-Founder and drive high-impact strategic initiatives and partnerships. This individual will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities, building strategic relationships, and ensuring the execution of key business priorities.
The role requires someone with strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to independently take initiatives from idea to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives:
- Work closely with the Co-Founder to identify and drive key strategic and growth initiatives.
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects from ideation through execution.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and business analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Develop business cases, strategic plans, and presentations to support decision-making.
- Track key initiatives, drive alignment across stakeholders, and ensure timely execution.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities aligned with the company's growth objectives.
- Build and manage relationships with potential partners, external stakeholders, and ecosystem players.
- Support the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, including opportunity identification, outreach, discussions, structuring, negotiations, and execution.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful implementation and ongoing management of partnerships.
- Develop partnership proposals, pitches, and business cases.
- Monitor partnership performance, identify opportunities to deepen relationships, and drive maximum business impact.
Founder's Office Support:
- Act as a strategic thought partner to the Co-Founder on key business priorities and opportunities.
- Support preparation for important internal and external meetings, including research, analysis, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Drive coordination and follow-through across teams on high-priority initiatives.
- Take ownership of special projects and emerging business priorities as required.
