
To serve as the strategic extension of the Co-founders, ensuring the entire organization is aligned, accountable, and operating at peak velocity. You will own critical strategic projects, streamline communication across departments, and act as a catalyst for decision-making, freeing the CEO to focus on long-term vision, investor relations, and market-defining opportunities. You are the glue, the accelerator, and the strategic enforcer.
Key Responsibilities:
a) Strategic Execution & Special Projects:
- Lead cross-functional, mission-critical initiatives from the co-founders' office (e.g., market expansion, operational streamlining, M&A scouting).
- Own the preparation and follow-through for Board meetings and investor updates, ensuring the narrative is data-rich and compelling.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on strategic questions, providing the co-founders with the insights needed to make high-stakes decisions.
b) Operational Rhythm & Scaling:
- Design and implement the company's operational rhythm (OKRs, leadership meetings, all-hands), creating clarity and accountability at every level.
- Identify and diagnose operational bottlenecks and friction points, proactively developing systems and processes to solve them at scale.
- Manage the CEO's priorities, ensuring their time and energy are focused on the most impactful activities.
c) Communication & Alignment:
- Act as a communication hub, ensuring strategic context flows seamlessly between the leadership team and the rest of the organization.
- Serve as a trusted proxy for the co-founders in key meetings, representing their perspective and driving outcomes.
- Foster a culture of transparency and ruthless prioritization, ensuring every team understands how their work ladders up to the company's top-level goals.
d) Leadership & Influence:
- Lead without formal authority, influencing department heads and building consensus to drive complex projects to completion.
- Serve as a confidential sounding board and strategic thought partner to the CEO and the entire executive team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-4 years at a top-tier management consulting firm or founder's office role
- Proven experience leading cross-functional strategic projects from conception to completion, with measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to distill complex data into a compelling narrative.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
