
What You'll Own:
- Scale the organization: Lead strategic hiring and talent sourcing as we expand every function.
- Run the boardroom: Prepare investor updates, fundraising materials, and quarterly board decks; maintain the external investor tracker.
- Translate ambiguity into action: Deconstruct complex or undefined problems into clear, measurable execution plans.
- Drive cross-functional alignment: Orchestrate initiatives across growth, product, and operations to amplify leadership bandwidth.
- Institutionalize operating rigor: Design cadences, dashboards, and OKR systems that help a hyper-growth company stay focused.
- Collaborate globally: Significant overlap with US work hours to work directly with investors, partners, and leadership across time zones.
Who You Are:
- Founder-in-the-making: Strategic, execution-oriented, and hungry to build.
- Pedigree: Graduate of a top MBA or undergrad program.
Experience:
- 3 + years total experience, including
- 2 + years in a fast-growth startup (Biz Ops, Generalist, or CoS function) and Preferably 2 + years in consulting, VC, IB, or PE.
