Role Summary:

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to the CEO for a high-impact, execution-driven role based in Bahadurgarh. This position partners closely with the CEO to drive execution across sales operations and manufacturing plants, managing a large business portfolio (~700 Cr).

This is not a support role. The incumbent will work as a business partner to the CEO, ensuring strong on-ground execution, operational efficiency, and commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Revenue Management:

- Track and drive performance of a 700 Cr+ sales portfolio

- Work closely with sales leadership on revenue growth, margins, and channel efficiency

- Monitor regional and channel-wise execution

Plant & Manufacturing Operations:

- Drive operational excellence across plant, warehouse, and logistics

- Align sales forecasts with production and supply chain planning

- Work closely with plant heads on cost control, throughput, and delivery

Business Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership:

- Lead CEO-driven initiatives across sales, operations, procurement, and supply chain

- Track execution milestones and resolve bottlenecks

- Conduct regular on-ground reviews at plant and business locations

Commercial & Financial Control:

- Track KPIs, margins, costs, and working capital

- Support vendor evaluation, capacity expansion, and commercial decisions

- Prepare MIS dashboards and CEO-level performance reviews

CEO Office & Strategic Projects:

- Manage CEO priorities, leadership reviews, and critical meetings

- Prepare strategic decks, financial updates, and decision notes

- Handle confidential and high-impact assignments

Candidate Profile:

- Female candidates only

- MBA from a Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred

- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Plant Operations, Business Operations, or CEO Office roles

- Proven exposure to large business portfolios (~700 Cr)

- Strong understanding of manufacturing plant operations and sales execution

- High commercial acumen with an execution-first mindset

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

- Willing to be based in Bahadurgarh with regular on-ground involvement
