MBA/PG from Tier 1 institute preferred

Experience: 4-8 years

What You'll Do:

- Act as a trusted advisor to the MD & CEO on key strategic decisions

- Drive execution of high-priority business initiatives

- Lead cross-functional projects with strong governance & accountability

- Manage stakeholder relationships (investors, partners, leadership teams)

- Oversee risk, compliance, and organizational transformation projects

- Enable seamless communication across leadership & business functions
