Chief of Staff - Renewable Energy

Job Description:

- Work closely with the founders on strategic priorities, business planning, and critical initiatives.

- Translate founder-level priorities into structured plans and drive end-to-end execution.

- Conduct business, market, competitor, and industry analysis to support strategic decision-making.

- Build and evaluate financial models, business cases, forecasts, and investment-related analyses.

- Support fundraising activities, including investor presentations, data preparation, due diligence, and investor communication.

- Manage relationships with key investors, partners, clients, and strategic stakeholders.

- Drive cross-functional projects across strategy, business development, operations, partnerships, and growth.

- Identify opportunities, challenges, and bottlenecks and develop practical, data-driven solutions.

- Track key strategic initiatives, timelines, milestones, and outcomes to ensure effective execution.

- Prepare MIS, dashboards, presentations, reports, and executive-level insights for the founders.

- Work on special projects and high-priority initiatives that require confidentiality, ownership, and rapid execution.

- Help build processes, systems, and organisational capabilities as the company scales.
