Chief of Staff - Real Estate & Housing Startup

Our client is a leading Co-living Startup. They are seeking a seasoned, business-savvy Chief of Staff to work directly with the Directors, playing a pivotal role in aligning company vision with execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives on behalf of the Directors.

- Serve as a business partner on operational decision-making, performance tracking, and functional excellence.

- Translate vision and goals into action plans, tracking and reporting progress across the leadership team.

- Work closely with finance and business heads to manage P&L oversight, budgeting, and unit economics.

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in cross-functional leadership roles involving brand, operations, and strategic execution. Ideally past experience as a Chief of staff / founder's office role will be an advantage

- Proven track record in P&L ownership, leadership hiring, and driving execution across functions.

- MBA from IIM/ISB or an equivalent top-tier institution (mandatory).

- Strong leadership presence with experience interfacing with boards and C-suite stakeholders.
