Chief Of Staff - Private Equity

This is a key role that impacts all business areas and would require working with team members and leaders, both internal and external.

The Chief of Staff will have the ability to impact and improve decisions and processes directly, your work will increase the speed and efficiency of execution throughout Phi Capital and invested companies.

The Chief of Staff role will give the incumbent the visibility to look at how a growth stage company scales and operates from the vantage point of the executive. It will also give insight into investing strategy, process and fund operations.

After successful completion of two (2) years, this position is a stepping stone to either choose the 'investing track' with the fund or take up a business management /P&L management role with a portfolio company of interest.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Build working relationships across the firm and portfolio companies

- Build a thorough understanding of all business management activities for the portfolio companies

- Drive executive-level operations - strategic planning, business reviews, and Board meetings

- Facilitate effective decision-making throughout the organization and closure of decisions.

- Ability to summarize and present complex topics effectively to a broad audience.- Experience in organizing and managing cross-functional projects

- Any other ad-hoc tasks and projects as directed by the founder

Professional Background:

- A minimum of a Bachelor's; A Master's in Engineering / CA and an MBA from Tier 1 Institution is preferred

- 4+ years of experience in Private Equity/management consulting, venture capital, investment banking, corporate strategy, product management, or similar.
