
Job Title: Chief of Staff, Overseas Operations

Job Summary:
The Chief of Staff will act as a strategic advisor and execution partner to the Promoter, supporting the management of a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role involves providing high-level strategic, operational, and administrative support, ensuring the Promoter's vision is effectively executed across the conglomerate's diverse businesses and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Collaborate with the Promoter to define and execute business strategies for overseas operations
- Monitor and track the progress of key projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Act as a thought partner to provide insights, research, and data for strategic decision-making.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs to communicate strategies effectively to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the Promoter and internal/external stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication with senior executives, board members, investors, and government authorities.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, including agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
Operational Efficiency:
- Ensure that actionable items from meetings are executed and followed up in a timely manner.
- Drive operational improvements and foster cross-functional collaboration within the organization.
Project Leadership:
- Lead and manage special projects assigned by the Promoter, from conception to execution.
- Act as a bridge between the Promoter's office and operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and address risks or roadblocks in project execution proactively.
Advisory Support
- Provide the Promoter with strategic advice based on comprehensive research and analysis.
- Identify emerging business opportunities, risks, and trends that may impact the conglomerate.
- Support the Promoter in critical decision-making processes.
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Ensure that the Promoter's directives are executed with precision and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent from a reputed institution. (ISB, IIM A/B/C)
