Chief of Staff - Operations/Strategic Operations/Program Management - Banking

Description:

- Translate leadership strategy into time-bound projects with defined KPIs and measurable outcomes

- Lead cross-functional execution across MF, Insurance, and operations with delivery accountability

- Build governance frameworks for project tracking, reviews, and leadership visibility

- Monitor operational KPIs including SLA, CSAT, TAT, FMRT%, and productivity metrics

- Drive process improvement initiatives delivering efficiency, automation, and CX gains

- Enable leadership reviews, war rooms, and off-sites with structured insights and reporting

Must Have's:

- 7-12 years experience in operations, strategic operations, or program management roles in the BFSI/fintech/MF/AMC/ insurance/Saas led operations environments.

- 3+ years in Chief of Staff, PMO, or enterprise program management roles.

- MBA or equivalent from Tier-1/Tier-2 institution preferred.
