Chief of Staff - NGO

Hiring for one of its clients into Social Sector.

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO in driving organizational priorities, enabling execution excellence, and ensuring alignment across teams. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and leadership, acting as a force multiplier for the CEO and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution

- Partner with the CEO to define and drive key strategic initiatives

- Translate high-level vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes

- Track progress on organizational goals and ensure timely execution

2. CEO Office Management

- Act as a thought partner to the CEO on critical decisions

- Prepare briefs, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders

- Manage leadership meetings, agendas, and follow-ups

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

- Drive alignment across teams (programs, operations, partnerships, finance, etc.)

- Identify bottlenecks and proactively solve for execution challenges

- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments

4. Program & Project Management

- Lead high-impact, cross-functional projects from ideation to execution

- Monitor project timelines, risks, and outcomes

- Implement systems and processes to improve operational efficiency

5. Stakeholder Management

- Support CEO in engaging with key stakeholders including partners, donors, and board members

- Build strong internal and external relationships

6. Data & Insights

- Drive data-backed decision-making across the organization

- Create dashboards and performance tracking mechanisms

- Analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights

Qualifications & Experience:

- 3-8 years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or founder's office roles

- Experience in high-growth startups, social impact organizations, or consulting firms preferred

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
