Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Analysis

- a) Structure and drive problem-solving for business challenges across strategy, operations, and performance.

- b) Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations for transformation initiatives.

- c) Conduct competitive benchmarking, market analysis, and industry research to inform strategy.

- d) Translate strategic objectives into actionable workplans and measurable outcomes.

2. Financial Modelling & Business Case Development

- a) Build detailed financial models to assess investment decisions, ROI, and profitability improvement opportunities.

- b) Support budgeting and resource allocation for transformation projects.

- c) Track financial impact of initiatives and prepare variance analyses.

3. Program & Initiative Management

- a) Partner with the Chief of Staff to oversee workstreams, track milestones, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.

- b) Support the design and implementation of governance mechanisms for the transformation program.

- c) Monitor KPIs, prepare performance scorecards, and drive accountability with business leads.

4. Operational & Performance Improvement

- a) Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement levers across processes, cost structures, and productivity.

- b) Support implementation of lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks.

- c) Work with operations teams to ensure adoption of new practices and sustained improvements.

5. Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

- a) Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and discussion papers for CXO, Board, and global leadership forums.

- b) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external advisors/consultants to align deliverables.

- c) Manage pre-reads, follow-ups, and decision logs for leadership meetings.

6. Communication & Change Management

- a) Draft transformation program updates, newsletters, and success stories for internal communication.

- b) Support change management activities to embed new ways of working across the organization.
