This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for coordinating with Program Managers across multiple departments and ensuring alignment of departmental goals with the company's vision and strategic roadmap. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution - Collaborate with the Managing Director to define and execute organizational strategies and key initiatives. - Monitor progress on strategic priorities and report status, roadblocks, and outcomes. Cross-Departmental Program Oversight - Serve as the central reporting point for all Program Managers across departments. - Review, align, and track departmental projects ensuring inter-departmental coordination. Operational Excellence - Drive improvements in internal processes to improve agility, responsiveness, and efficiency. - Identify operational gaps and recommend practical solutions. Leadership & Team Support - Lead cross-functional teams on key business transformation and strategic projects. - Provide guidance and support to department heads and program managers to drive execution. Stakeholder Communication & Management - Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders. - Prepare executive summaries, board presentations, and strategic communication materials. Decision Support & Analysis - Conduct data-driven analysis and provide actionable insights to assist leadership decision-making. - Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure performance monitoring is in place. Key Requirements: - Minimum 10+ years of experience in operations, strategic planning, or project management - Proven track record in a leadership role driving cross-functional initiatives - Proficiency in using data visualization, project management, and productivity tools - MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree in Management, Strategy, or Operations from a Premier Institute
