What You'll Do:
- Solve real-time payment challenges - ensuring UPI transactions are smooth, fail-proof, and well-supported.
- Be the go-to person for operational issues, merchant onboarding, and payment reconciliation.
- Coordinate with banks, NPCI, and internal tech teams to resolve UPI/payment disputes quickly.
- Optimize processes for faster merchant onboarding & troubleshooting.
- Analyze transaction data, detect patterns, and suggest improvements proactively.
- Work closely with the product team to improve reliability and user experience.
What We're Looking For:
- Street-smart mindset - someone who thinks HOW to solve rather than WHY it can't be solved
- Problem-solving attitude with hustler energy
- Strong understanding of UPI payments, payment gateway flows, or fintech ops
- Ability to communicate clearly with merchants, banks, and internal stakeholders
- Basic knowledge of Excel/SQL to analyze payment data (nice to have)
- Self-driven, reliable, and adaptable to fast-changing fintech environments
