Chief of Staff - IT Infra Business - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

- MBA from tier 1 colleges

- Experience in building strategies and scale business

Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions, partnering with global OEMs such as HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, and others. They specialize in enterprise hardware sales, rentals, refurbished IT equipment, and comprehensive IT services, delivering cost-effective, high-quality technology solutions to clients across industries.

JOB ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Run the operating cadence of the Director's office - reviews, decisions, follow-through.

- Lead the annual and medium-term planning process across business units.

- Drive 2-3 cross-functional priority projects each quarter - new verticals, internal systems, M&A, org design.

- Act as the Director's proxy in internal forums; prepare board and investor material.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

- Experience in strategy consulting, investing (PE/VC/IB), or strategy and operations at a growth-stage company.

- Sharp, structured thinker with strong written communication.

- Comfortable in a promoter-led, high-velocity environment.

- Fluent in English; working Hindi is a plus.

Role Scope : Work directly with the Director on strategy, new verticals, and the structural build-out of the company. You will not manage a function - you will multiply the Director's decision-making across every part of the business.
