About:
- We are seeking early-career leaders (typically under 30) who demonstrate exceptional ownership, maturity, and execution speed, and are comfortable operating with high autonomy and accountability.
- This is a remote-first role within India, with the expectation to work primarily in UAE business hours.
- Candidates should be graduates from Tier-1 institutions (IITs, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent leading global universities), with strong analytical rigor, problem-solving ability, and demonstrated leadership potential.
- This role is best suited for professionals at an early stage of their leadership journey who bring startup agility, high execution velocity, and long-term growth potential, within a globally distributed Microsoft Partner ecosystem.
- The CoS will operate at the intersection of business strategy, technology understanding, analytics, and operational rigor, ensuring alignment across delivery, sales, finance, HR, and innovation teams.
- This role is critical to driving speed, clarity, accountability, and measurable outcomes Data, AI, GenAI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation initiatives.
What You'll Bring:
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or senior program leadership roles.
- Prior experience working in a Chief of Staff, Director's Office, Leadership Office, Strategy Head, or Consulting Manager role, supporting senior leaders in Data, Digital, and AI-led businesses, is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of IT services, Data Engineering, AI/GenAI, Cloud platforms, and Digital Transformation business models.
- Demonstrated ability to operate in high-ambiguity, fast-paced, executive environments.
- Proven track record of ownership, discretion, and stakeholder influence without direct authority
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Preference for candidates from Tier-1 institutions (IITs, IIMs, ISB, or equivalent global universities)
