Chief Of Staff - Investment Business

We are hiring for a Chief of Staff role with a leading investment and business group based in Mumbai.

This is a high-impact opportunity to work closely with senior leadership across strategic investments, operating businesses, and entrepreneurial initiatives. The role offers exposure to decision-making across multiple sectors including consumer, growth-stage businesses, and investments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Partner with leadership on strategic priorities and execution

- Conduct research, synthesize insights, and support decision-making

- Drive cross-functional initiatives and special projects

- Build systems, processes, dashboards, and operating cadences

- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including founders, investors, and advisors

- Manage high-priority follow-ups and ensure execution excellence

- Lead strategic reviews, meetings, and offsites

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 4-7 years of experience in consulting, corporate finance, investment firms, or high-growth startups

- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities

- Highly organized with strong execution rigor

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments

- Interest or exposure to the consumer sector will be preferred

Location: Mumbai

Preferred Education : Graduate/Postgraduate from top-tier institutes. Additional qualifications such as CFA/CAIA will be an added advantage.
